Terms of service

When agreeing to service from Cuttin’ Up Lawn Care and Development we will require that a valid credit/debit card to be placed on file for payments of service. We send courtesy reminders before we arrive at the property. During this time we ask that the property is walked to insure that all personal items have been removed. Personal items such as (toys, water hoses, grills, etc) There will be an additional charge if someone from our crew has to remove them. For Landscaping estimates there is a charge of $25.00 and for Lawn there is a charge of $10.00. If you choose to go forward with the service this amount will be deducted from the final total.

For Landscaping services a 50% down payment will be required before any services will be started. This will secure a scheduled date and allow Cuttin’ Up to purchase any materials that are needed to perform the job.
